José Luis Ayllón (Barcelona, Spain – 1970) is a Spanish lawyer and politician, member of the Partido Popular (PP), currently employed by the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE). With a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, he has played several prominent roles in the political arena. He has been deputy for Barcelona in the Spanish Parliament between the VII and XII legislatures (2001-2019). Between 2011 and 2018 he held the position of Secretary of State for Relations with the Spanish Parliament, and in 2018 he served as Director of the Cabinet of the Presidency of the Government. After leaving politics, José Luis Ayllón has worked for the communications consultancy LLYC and currently holds the position of Director of Public Affairs and Relations with the Courts at the CEOE.
